Carlos Alcaraz is currently enjoying a well-deserved break after his second Wimbledon victory. However, the youngest male player to reach the top of the rankings, Alcaraz decided to celebrate it following the usual tradition after a Grand Slam victory—with a unique tattoo! Going against the wish of his parents to not get tattooed one more time, Carlitos chose to keep his word about getting an Eiffel Tower tattoo on his leg! We are now delighted to see his words turn into reality and his maiden French Open victory cemented on his right ankle forever! Sharing a video of the whole process, the 21-year-old shared a sneak peek of the entire day with fans.
In the clip, we can see Carlitos enjoying the scenic beauty of a sunset beside a pool while his tattoo artist intricately draws the iconic tower on his leg, along with inking the date of his victory. His tattoo artist, who goes by the name Ganga Tattoo on his Instagram, shared the amazing final product. As we might know, this isn’t Alcaraz’s first foray into a tennis-themed tattoo.

Before this, he also commemorated his first milestone in tennis, the U.S. Open’s maiden Grand Slam victory. If one closely looks at his right elbow, one might easily find a triple C (CCC) tattooed there. Well, at first glance, it might just seem like a piece of art, but it actually holds a special meaning for Carlos Alcaraz. It refers to his grandfather’s motto, “cabeza, corazon, cojones,” (head, heart, bravery). But wait, there’s more!
Carlos Alcaraz got a new tattoo to celebrate his Roland Garros win.
He’s been commemorating each Grand Slam win with a tattoo.

When he won his first Wimbledon match last year, he continued the same tradition by adding a strawberry (a common snack at the event) etched on his right ankle too. Pretty incredible, right? Sadly, his parents might not think so, as they did not like the idea of him getting inked again and again. However, the four-time Grand Slam champion had his ways to convince them. “I told my parents, just to calm them, that it’s just the first one in every Major.”
Does this mean he will not be adding a fourth one owing to his second consecutive Wimbledon title? Well, only time will tell, but if he wins an Olympic medal, nothing will stop him from getting one more tattoo!

Carlos Alcaraz is soon going to make his debut at the Summer Olympics this season, starting on July 26. While he might be a lone warrior in the singles of the Games, in doubles, his partner will be his countryman Rafael Nadal! The excitement is getting higher, and Alcaraz has already started making his plans for the tattoos he might get if he wins.
“Without a doubt, the rings with the date Paris 24, one hundred percent,” Carlitos said earlier in an interview. Carlos Alcaraz’s passion for tennis is undeniable, and his back-to-back Grand Slam victories have further proved his talent on all surfaces. Now, as he commences towards the grand Olympic stage, we are hopeful of seeing him achieve more milestones in tennis. And perhaps after that, a tattoo to remember it forever!
