Paige Spiranac breaks fan’s plan to ‘get money from the bookies,’ gatekeeps her Open Championship picks
Usually, Paige Spiranac shares her picks before the majors, and many fans follow her predictions to bet. However, this time she broke one of her fans’ hopes of getting her choices for the upcoming Open Championship.
Spiranac is one of the top social media influencers in the golf fraternity, with more than 4 million followers on Instagram. Besides, she also has 1 million followers on X.On Wednesday, July 17, a user named Cliff Olliff tagged Paige Spiranac on X and asked for her picks for the season’s final major.
“@PaigeSpiranac Waiting for golfs best odds picker for the top picks for the open so we can get that money from the bookies 🏌♂️🏌♀️🥇,” he wrote.

Spiranac however disappointed that fan with her response.
“Posted my picks on my Passes account😏,” she replied.

“They can say what they want” – Paige Spiranac on dealing with constant criticism
Last week, Paige Spiranac held an Instagram Q&A session where she picked some interesting questions. One of the fans wanted to know how she dealt with the constant attention and remarks on her looks.
“I mean like let’s call a spade a spade here,” she said. “Like I built my brand in a very specific way. I know that when I post something online, I’m opening myself up to criticism, and people have a right to their opinion. They can say what they want.”
She added that she might not always agree with the opinions, but it was their opinion, and she had grown a thick skin over time.
“Brush it off, and move on and do something the next day,” she concluded.
Besides Instagram and X, Paige Spiranac also has 1.6 million followers on TikTok and 422K subscribers on YouTube. Outside social media, Spiranac also has her subscription-based website named OnlyPaige. On that platform, she interacts with her fans and shares exclusive content, including personal golf tutorials.
