Aryna Sabalenka wins 18th career title
Aryna Sabalenka, the No. 1 ranked women’s tennis player in the world, has won the 18th title in her professional career.
The representative of Belarus defeated world No. 107 ranked Polina Kudermetova (Russia) in three sets—4:6, 6:3, 6:2—in the women’s final at the Brisbane International tournament in Australia. The match lasted 1 hour and 48 minutes.
The prize fund of the Brisbane International was $1.520 million.
Last year, Aryna Sabalenka won the Australian Open and the US Open, too.
