Carlos Alcaraz reveals that he lives with his parents and at home he follows their rules

Despite his rising status in the tennis world, Carlos Alcaraz remains grounded at home, living under his parents’ rules. In a recent interview with ABC following his Wimbledon triumph, the young Spanish tennis star shared insights into his home life. Alcaraz emphasized that regardless of his Grand Slam victories, he adheres to the guidance and rules set by his parents.

“Once I set foot in my house, I am under my parents’ rules. So it doesn’t matter if I’ve won two Grand Slams or fifteen. They are the ones who rule and I think that’s the beauty of it. Once I get home I forget about the tennis part and I’m the same person as always,” Alcaraz said.

Alcaraz also expressed what he misses most when he is away from home, highlighting the value he places on the simplicity and tranquility of being with his loved ones. He cherishes the peaceful moments spent at home, enjoying the company of his family and engaging in simple, natural activities.

“Being at home, calm, with my people. Without doing much, because at home I enjoy not doing big things, but doing the simplest and most natural things. That’s what characterizes me and what I enjoy the most. That’s what I miss the most,” he added.
