Watch: “I have fast reflexes,” Iga Swiatek fancies herself as a F1 driver

Iga Swiatek, the current world number 1 is on the prowl for more tournament victories. Swiatek is looking as dangerous as ever. She is at her endearing best, having won two tournaments in a row. She is present in Stuttgart to win the title and a brand new Porsche with it.
The players have arrived at the WTA Stuttgart Open to practice their form on the clay for the upcoming French open. They would also love to win the gorgeous Porsche as well. The players talked about their driving skills in an interview and how they fancied themselves as professional drivers

All of the ladies including Iga Swiatek, Emma Raducanu, Paula Badosa, and Angelique Kerber said they were good drivers. When asked about the chances of professional driving, Iga said that she thinks she would do well as her reflexes are quite fast. Her reflexes are amazing but it might not be correct that only her good reflexes would make her a good driver. She jokingly asked if the organizers had something for her to try her driving skill on. The organizers said that of course if she won the Porsche.

“I honestly didn’t have a chance to check that because I had my driver’s license for like 7 months now. So that’s not a lot but I’ve been driving and feel like I’m a pretty confident driver,” she said.

Swiatek will be looking to make a hat-trick of victories in Stuttgart and she will look to improve her dominance on the clay as she will look to win the French Open once more. After the retirement of Ashleigh Barty, Iga is looking like a favorite on every surface and with a win at the Roland Garros, she would like to make it a double on the French Clay.
There are some competitors to look for including the number 2 seed in the Stuttgart, Paula Badosa. Aryna Sabalenka too would like to make her mark, given the less number of tournaments she would get before the French Open begins.
