Tyson Fury returns to reality with a bump as he heads to the rubbish tip with wife Paris after losing £80m fight

It was straight back to reality for Tyson Fury following his defeat against Oleksander Usyk. The professional boxer threw himself back into everyday chores after jetting back to the UK from Saudi Arabia.

Tyson, 35, was spotted out with his wife Paris, 34, at a local rubbish tip in Morecambe – where the couple reside with their seven children. The pair both appeared to have their hands full as they disposed of rubbish at the site and Tyson took a phone call. He sported a navy blue tracksuit with a white baseball cap and sunglasses, which covered his injuries from his latest bout.

Meanwhile Paris wore denim shorts and a white t-shirt, with her signature blonde locks tied back in a high ponytail. She also sported sunglasses as she helped her husband unload bags from their car.

Tyson jetted back to Morecambe on a £34million private jet following his fight in Riyadh. His clash with Usyk marked Tyson’s first ever defeat in his boxing career. He thought had won the fight on points but the split decision victory went to his opponent.

Paris did not jet to Saudi Arabia, but paid tribute to her husband on social media afterwards, saying he is “still the best man” in her eyes. Tyson was supported by other members of his family at the fight, including younger brother Tommy Fury.

Speaking after the fight, Tyson said: “We punched f*** out of each other for 12 rounds. I’m going to go home, eat some food, drink some beers, have some family time, walk the dog, go to the tip. Me and Frank Warren will discuss the future. If there’s going to be another fight — I think they’re talking about October — then we’ll rock and roll.”

Tyson, who has an automatic rematch clause in his deal with Usyk, appears to have no plans to retire despite the defeat and having retired in the past. He said is “not sure” when his boxing career will end, as he is “still loving the game”.

At his post-fight press conference, the boxer said: “I’m not boxing here because I’ve got no money. I’m boxing because I love it. Do you understand? I’m 36 in a few months and I’ve been boxing since I’ve been a child so it is what it is.

“Where does it all end? I’m not sure but the thing is, all the time I’m still loving the game, and I was having fun in there, I was really enjoying myself, then I’ll continue to do it and when I can’t do that anymore, I’ll pack it up.”
